PREAMBLE AND LEGAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
This document constitutes a comprehensive, legally binding agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) entered into by and between the undersigned participant (“Participant,” “You,” or “Your”) and Santorini Women’s Recovery Center, a duly registered and licensed health and wellness establishment operating under Greek law and international standards (“the Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the rights, obligations, liabilities, and legal protections applicable to all services, interactions, and engagements related to the Participant’s participation in the programs, activities, and ancillary services provided by the Center.
This Agreement is intended to serve as a comprehensive legal instrument governing the relationship between the Participant and the Center, including, but not limited to, the scope of services, privacy protections, confidentiality obligations, behavioral policies, liability limitations, dispute resolution mechanisms, and compliance with applicable legal statutes. It is imperative that the Participant thoroughly reviews, understands, and explicitly consents to all terms stipulated herein prior to engaging in any services or activities.
Participation in the Center’s programs shall constitute acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and procedures detailed within this document, which shall be deemed to have been entered into voluntarily and with full legal capacity. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with Greek law, with specific provisions for dispute resolution in the jurisdiction of Greece, and, where applicable, arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND JURISDICTIONAL LIMITS
A. Comprehensive Scope of Support and Service Delivery
The Center has established a strategic partnership with DG Health Services LLC, a certified and licensed medical tourism operator authorized to operate within Greece and internationally, to deliver a broad spectrum of health, wellness, therapeutic, and supportive services specifically designed for women seeking holistic recovery, mental health stabilization, and personal development. These services are delivered in strict compliance with applicable standards of medical practice, health tourism regulations, and legal requirements.
The scope of services includes, but is not limited to:
- Psychological and Psychiatric Support: including initial assessments, ongoing psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and psychiatric medication management, carried out by licensed mental health professionals with adherence to international medical standards and Greek licensing requirements.
- Medical Detoxification Protocols: supervised detoxification procedures conducted by licensed medical practitioners, employing evidence-based protocols tailored to individual medical histories and current health conditions.
- Substance Dependency and Addiction Treatment: structured programs incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities, pharmacological support where indicated, and ongoing psychological counseling. These programs shall be delivered by licensed addiction specialists and medical personnel.
- Anxiety, Stress, and Emotional Regulation Therapies: utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, relaxation techniques, and other approved modalities, delivered by qualified licensed mental health practitioners.
- Nutritional and Weight Management Counseling: provided by certified dietitians and nutritionists with expertise in holistic health and tailored dietary plans.
- Holistic and Complementary Therapies: including acupuncture, yoga, meditation, energy healing, and other alternative modalities, delivered by licensed and certified practitioners in accordance with applicable laws.
All services shall be delivered in accordance with the highest standards of medical practice, legal compliance, and ethical conduct. The Center shall furnish Participants with detailed brochures, documentation, and informational materials, which shall serve as official references concerning scope, limitations, and logistical arrangements, including travel, accommodations, and ancillary services.
B. Transportation, Logistical Support, and External Vendors
Transportation services shall be provided through contracted Greek transfer companies licensed under Greek law, operating daily from 09:00 hours to 21:00 hours GMT+2. These services are designed solely to facilitate Participant access to scheduled appointments, excursions, and other logistical needs. The Center shall not assume liability for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party transportation providers, acts of God, weather, or other force majeure events.
The Center shall coordinate ancillary logistical support, including airport transfers, local excursions, and transportation to external services, all subject to availability and contractual terms. Participants acknowledge that external vendors operate under separate legal obligations and liability limitations, which are explicitly disclaimed by the Center.
C. On-Demand, Emergency, and Ancillary Support Services
Participants may request additional services beyond the standard scope, including therapeutic massages, additional psychotherapy sessions, medical consultations, acupuncture, yoga classes, nutritional guidance, and food delivery. Such requests shall be subject to availability, external contractor approval, and applicable charges, which shall be processed via secure electronic payment systems.
Providers of ancillary services shall issue invoices directly to DG Health Services LLC or designated billing entity. The Center shall not accept liability for the quality, outcomes, or efficacy of these services, which are delivered by licensed third-party providers under separate contractual arrangements.
D. Insurance, Legal Protections, and Participant Acknowledgment
Eligible Participants shall be insured under a comprehensive insurance plan issued by Generali U.S. Branch, NY, which includes coverage for emergency medical assistance, hospital transportation, inpatient and outpatient treatments, dental procedures, and accidental death benefits, subject to policy limits, exclusions, and conditions. Participants acknowledge their obligation to review the policy documentation and understand its scope and limitations.
All external accommodation providers, transportation vendors, and auxiliary service providers shall be released from liability for damages, injuries, or losses arising outside their direct scope of responsibility or due to force majeure circumstances. Participants expressly waive any rights to claims for damages beyond the coverage provided by the insurance policy or outside the scope of liability explicitly disclaimed herein.
E. Confidentiality, Data Management, and Privacy Protections
All personal, health, and operational data collected by the Center shall be handled in strict accordance with the GDPR, Greek Law, and relevant international standards for data privacy and security. Data shall be stored on encrypted servers, with access restricted solely to authorized personnel bound by confidentiality obligations.
The retention period for all personal data shall be two (2) years from the date of service completion, unless a Participant requests earlier deletion. Data shall only be used for legitimate purposes, including service delivery, legal compliance, health monitoring, and reporting to authorized entities. Data shall not be sold, leased, or transferred to third parties without explicit, prior written consent, unless required by law or legal process.
Participants shall have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data via written notification to the designated Data Protection Officer. Any breach of confidentiality or unauthorized disclosure shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement, subject to disciplinary or legal action, including reporting to relevant authorities.
F. Dispute Resolution, Liability Limitations, and Governing Law
Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Center, its affiliates, contractors, and Greek service providers from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the delivery of services, except where such damages are caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be exclusively governed by Greek law. The parties agree that jurisdiction for all legal claims shall reside with the competent courts of Greece. Alternatively, the parties may agree to submit disputes to binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
Participants waive their rights to initiate proceedings outside these jurisdictions, including in any other country or under international law, unless explicitly agreed in writing. Participants shall be liable for any damages or claims resulting from their breach of this Agreement or misconduct.
2. LEGAL GUARANTEES, INSURANCE, AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS
The Center shall provide Participants with the insurance coverage outlined above, which includes emergency medical treatment, hospitalization, dental care, and accidental death benefits, subject to the policy’s terms, conditions, and exclusions.
External service providers and affiliates shall not be liable for damages, injuries, or losses outside their scope of responsibility or due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure. The Center shall not guarantee results or outcomes from any therapeutic or wellness intervention, and Participants acknowledge that recovery and health outcomes depend on multiple factors outside the Center’s control.
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Center, its affiliates, staff, and contracted providers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or legal violations, unless such damages result directly from gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Center.
3. PRIVACY, CONFIDENTIALITY, AND DATA PROTECTION
The Center shall implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect participant data, including encryption, access controls, intrusion detection, and secure storage. Data shall be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of service delivery, legal compliance, and health monitoring, generally not exceeding two (2) years unless otherwise required by law.
All participant data shall be used solely for the purposes explicitly stated, including operational management, legal reporting, and health support. The Center shall not sell or lease data nor share it with third parties unless explicitly required by law or with the participant’s explicit consent.
Participants shall have the right to access their data, rectify inaccuracies, or request deletion, subject to verification procedures. Any breach of confidentiality or data breach shall be promptly reported to the relevant authorities and the affected participants.
All recordings, photographs, or videos during private stays or confidential sessions are strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from the Participant. Breach of this policy shall constitute a material violation of this Agreement.
4. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES, CODE OF CONDUCT, AND POLICY COMPLIANCE
A. Conduct Expectations and Behavioral Standards
Participants shall conduct themselves with dignity, respect, and decorum, refraining from the use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances, alcohol (unless prescribed), or controlled substances. Disruptive, violent, threatening, or harassing behaviors shall be grounds for immediate expulsion without prior notice or entitlement to refunds.
Respect for staff, property, other residents, and the local environment is mandatory. Body searches may be conducted for safety reasons, consistent with applicable laws and respecting participant rights. Electronic devices shall be used only during designated times, as specified by the Center’s policies.
B. Safety, Security, and Emergency Protocols
The Center maintains a comprehensive security system, including personnel, surveillance, and emergency response protocols, to ensure the safety of all individuals on premises. Participants shall be responsible for their personal safety and the security of their belongings. Any violation of safety protocols, possession of illegal substances, or engagement in violence shall result in immediate expulsion, with no entitlement to refunds, damages, or compensation.
Participants shall cooperate fully with security personnel and emergency responders and shall follow all safety instructions provided.
C. Application, Admission, and Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Minors require prior parental or guardian consent and additional legal arrangements. Admission shall be contingent upon successful assessment and approval by the Center’s intake team, which reserves the right to deny or revoke participation for reasons including safety concerns, breach of policies, or legal violations.
All applicants shall provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the application process and shall cooperate with background checks, health assessments, and legal verifications as required by law or policy. The Center shall retain sole discretion to approve or deny participation at any stage.
D. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
Payment Policies and Refund Regulations
Payment Requirements: It is hereby stipulated that full payment for participation in the program must be remitted contemporaneously with the submission of the booking.
Payment & Refunds: a. Upon completion of the admission form and subsequent commitment to the program, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the non-refundable nature of all fees paid, consistent with the aforementioned terms and conditions of the onboarding process. b. In circumstances of early termination or discharge due to violations of program rules, no refunds shall be issued. c. Any early discharge deemed AMA (Against Medical Advice) shall also result in forfeiture of any and all refund claims. d. Refunds shall not be granted under any circumstances for private programs conducted in a residential setting. This policy is predicated on the advance payment of our services prior to the client’s arrival.
Illness or Hospitalization: In the event that a participant is unable to commence the program on the scheduled check-in date due to illness or hospitalization, the management of Sober Living Housing & Research Group, doing business as ATHENA PASSAGES / Poseidonmethod.com, shall assess the provided documentation of illness. Should the management deem it appropriate, a full credit for a future rehabilitation program may be issued, less any incurred expenses. A new admission date shall be established within a period not exceeding 30 days from the original check-in date. Should the 30-day period elapse without the participant attending the program, the credit shall be rendered void, thereby necessitating the reapplication for the program.
Program Commencement: a. Participants enrolled in mainland programs are mandated to allow a minimum of 48 hours following payment settlement to the processing account in order to commence reservation. b. Participants in satellite island programs are required to observe a 72-hour notice period post payment settlement for initiation of reservation. The rationale for these timeframes is that the allocation of program spots and necessary services is facilitated by the funds paid into the processors’ accounts, covering insurance, accommodations, meal credits, transportation, contractor placements, and client intake profiling. c. The scheduling of intake dates for participants of both mainland and satellite island programs shall occur within a maximum of 10 business days following payment settlement. Failure to adhere to this timeline shall entitle the participant to either a full program credit or a refund.
Private Program Requests: Requests for private programs, defined as customized inquiries for luxury accommodations in either the mainland or satellite island program exclusive to the client with an individually arranged customized staff, are subject to price variation based on the availability of properties. In instances where the requested properties are not accessible at the time of booking or within 10 business days post payment settlement, the entity is obligated to provide the client with comparable accommodations of equal or greater value. Should there be no availability within the stipulated time frame, the participant shall be entitled to either a full program credit or a refund.
Cancellations by Program Provider: Should the program provider find it necessary to cancel the program prior to its commencement, a refund shall be issued, less associated expenses and capped at a maximum of 50% of the total fees paid. In all cancellation scenarios, the liability of the provider shall be exclusively limited to the refund of fees associated with the program. All bookings are regarded as firm, and fees are non-refundable as enumerated in these terms.
Final Provisions: It is further emphasized that no refunds shall be entertained after booking and payment have been made. This includes private programs executed in luxury private residential treatment facilities, for which no refunds will be issued. Additionally, pricing for any VIP luxury treatment programs is subject to change contingent upon seasonal fluctuations and availability.
By proceeding with the booking and payment, the client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions herein.
E. Accommodation, Activities, and Additional Services
Participants shall select from available accommodation options, including high-end villas, hotels, or apartments, at their own expense. Additional external services, such as treatments, excursions, or transportation, shall be booked separately and incur additional charges.
Activities shall be conducted in accordance with safety standards and legal requirements. Participants acknowledge that some activities may involve inherent risks, and they agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided.
5. JURISDICTION, GOVERNING LAW, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by Greek law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Greece, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
The parties may, by mutual agreement, submit disputes to binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Participants waive their rights to initiate legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction or under any other legal system, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. ADDITIONAL POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND REQUIREMENTS
- Search & Security Measures: Body searches for prohibited items, including illegal substances, weapons, or contraband, may be conducted in accordance with applicable legal standards.
- Behavioral Expectations: Violations of conduct policies, including violence, harassment, or disruptive conduct, shall result in immediate expulsion from the premises, with no entitlement to refunds or damages.
- Special Needs and Medical Accommodations: Participants must disclose any dietary restrictions, medical conditions, allergies, or other special needs before participation. The Center shall make reasonable efforts to accommodate, but makes no guarantees of perfect accommodation.
- Electronic Device Usage: Restrictions on device usage shall be enforced during specified periods to ensure safety and privacy.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within all Center premises, including accommodations and common areas.
- Group Bookings and Discounts: Available for organizations, corporations, or groups, subject to approval, and shall be coordinated through designated group leaders or representatives. Discounts or special arrangements shall be contingent upon compliance with policies and contractual obligations.
7. DATA PROTECTION, CONFIDENTIALITY, AND USE OF INFORMATION
All participant data shall be protected by robust confidentiality and data security measures, including encryption, access controls, and secure storage. Data shall be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes of service provision and legal compliance, generally not exceeding two (2) years unless a participant requests earlier deletion.
Data shall be used solely for legitimate purposes—including service delivery, legal reporting, health monitoring, and compliance—and shall not be sold, leased, or shared with third parties without prior explicit consent, unless legally mandated.
Participants shall have the right to access their data, rectify inaccuracies, or request deletion via written communication to the designated Data Protection Officer. Confidentiality obligations shall extend to all staff and contractors, and any breach shall be subject to disciplinary or legal sanctions.
Photography, video recording, or any form of documentation during private sessions or stays shall be strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained. Breach of this policy shall be deemed a material violation and may result in termination of participation or legal action.
8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT, CONSENT, AND BINDING AGREEMENT
By registering, signing the intake form, or otherwise confirming participation, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to abide by all policies, terms, and conditions outlined herein, including scope of services, confidentiality obligations, legal liabilities, and behavioral standards.
This Agreement shall constitute a legally binding contract, enforceable under Greek law, and any breach shall entitle the Center to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, or termination of services.
Participants acknowledge that their participation is voluntary and that they are of legal age and mental capacity to enter into this Agreement.

All staff, contractors, affiliates, and external providers engaged by the Center shall be bound by contractual obligations to uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. They shall comply strictly with all applicable legal, ethical, and procedural policies, including data privacy, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
Any breach of these obligations shall constitute grounds for termination, legal action, or disciplinary measures, which may include reporting to relevant regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies.
INVALIDITY AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE:
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
